FAQ
Questions people ask
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You pick a design, type your shop name, and add products the way you would write a Facebook post. If you can run a page, you can run this.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You start on a free address like yourshop.doer.school and can connect your own domain at any time, from your dashboard. We take care of the secure certificate.
How do customers pay?
Cash on delivery works immediately. If you want online payment, connect your own SSLCommerz merchant account — the money goes to your account, not ours.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your shop pauses and everything is kept exactly as it was — products, orders, customers. Choose a plan and it comes straight back.
Can I move away later?
Yes. Your products and orders are yours; export them whenever you want. A shop you cannot leave is a shop you should not join.
